At BigGram, we want you to shop with confidence. If something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
- Return Period
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligible for Return
We accept returns only if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The item is unused and in original packaging
- Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or sale items
- Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at sales@biggram.ae
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the issue
Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
- Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Shipping Costs
- If the issue is our mistake (damaged/wrong item) → we cover the cost
- If not → return shipping is your responsibility
- Exchange
We replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
